Week 2 menu

Sat - macaroni cheese with pigs in blankets

Sun - this recipe...

With roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips and peas

Mon - mac and cheese again as I made enough to feed an army! Quick meal to reheat after a staff meeting.

Tues - ready meal from the freezer (usually leftovers)

Weds - easy freezer tea for A to do while I'm at cubs - fish fingers,  wedges,  mushy peas

Thurs - another ready meal night (lots to use up!)

Fri - roast salmon with peas, potatoes and bacon (good food recipe)
