Oopsy, another blog!

I needed this to collect together any home made sewing, crafting and baking thoughts, ideas and items.

This weeks baking - toffee apple flapjack

Ingredients:
100g butter
100g golden castor sugar
3 tbsp golden syrup
225g oats
150g chopped dried apple
10 chopped toffees

Melt butter, sugar and syrup, remove from heat and stir in oats, apple and toffees. Fill a lined baking tray (mine is 24cm square and 5cm deep) and bake at 180 degrees (mine is a fan oven) for 25 mins.

This weeks making - patchwork cushion for Christmas, bag for a birthday present
